Agri Medma s.a.s is a company in Calabria, exactly in the beautiful Rosarno's valley, the heart of the Oranges, clementines and kiwi crops. It is specialized in the production and marketing of natural juices, concentrates and essential oils of citrus.

Our Mission

is to provide our customers with a high quality standards product, respecting delivery time and ensuring a timely and accurate service. We also ensure that the product complies with the best market conditions.

NFC juice

The natural NFC juice, extracted by our FMC line, is a pure juice, with no added sugars, preservatives, artificial pigments and of any other type of additive.

Essential oil

During the extraction we derive our Essentialfrom the peel, popular for their organoleptic characteristics and their many uses as cosmetics, detergents, aromatherapy, medicines and beverages.

Peel

Peel is processed in sizes such as dices, stripes and quarters. It is packedand preserved in brine in plastic drums or frozen. These products are used for the preparation of candied fruit, jam and sweets.

how we do it

our production

In-Line System - FMC Technologies™

is the most adopted method of extraction worldwide. The peel never come in contact with the juice and this ensures an extremely high quality. Before the extraction:

  • Washing and inspection
  • Removing leaves
  • Grading

After a muanual grading the process starts. Some machinery provide to separate pulp from peel.

Traditonal system - juice extracion and Concentration

This System can process any fruit size. After first phase we use machinary as:

  1. Finisher
  2. Centrifuge
  3. Clarifier
  4. Evaporator - T.A.S.T.E. (Thermally Accelerated Short Time Evaporator)
  5. Pasteurizer

Package and delivery system

The concentrate is stored at a temperature of -20 °C to avoid quality fall. Then It is placed in large tanks in cold storage.
Transport is done according to the customer's request, but usually is made by:

  • Tank Truck
  • 200Lt drums

Chemical Analysis Lab

Our technicians control all stages and make lot of inspections at our laboratory, analyzing samples collected during the process. The laboratory is equipped with tools such as:

  • Refractometer
  • Spectrophotometer
  • Incubators
  • pH meter
